Announcements
Sunday’s Radio Broadcast is sponsored by John and Sara Hansen in memory of Grandpa & Grandma Hansen, Uncle Rick and cousin Kirsten.
Attendance for April 25-26 was 116. The total offering was $2,906.
Want a piano? The Council is giving away three pianos that the congregation no longer needs. Please talk to Pastor Ted for details.
Pastor Ted will be out of the office starting with vacation 5/7-10 followed by a continuing education retreat 5/11-13. In case of a pastoral care need, call the office or contact congregation president Eric Tvinnereim at (507) 840-1288.
The Charting the Future gatherings are a process our Council is inviting the congregation to participate in to determine our “congregational DNA” and plan for the future. The next of these gatherings, “What is Expected of Our Members?” will be Sunday, May 31 following worship.
Make your appointment to be photographed in June for our new Photo Directory by visiting our website or calling the office.
Operation Christmas Child is collecting small play toys like: balls, lego sets, slinky, yoyo, plastic animals, magnets, finger puppets and others in April. All items must fit in a shoebox. Please place these on the table in the Concourse.
Camperships to attend a Lutheran Camp are available for Our Savior’s members this year. We will pay for half of the cost of attendance (up to $250) for our children to attend summer camp. Contact the office for details.
The National Day of Prayer is Thursday, May 7. Students are encouraged to attend gatherings led by local clergy at all JCC buildings before class starts, and everyone is invited to the Courthouse at noon for prayer.
