Fifth Quarter: Thank You

Thank you, Our Savior’s!

On Wednesday night, right after the football game, our middle schoolers filled the fellowship hall for Fifth Quarter. They ate pizza, watched a movie, and stayed until 10:30. It was a great night, and it only happened because so many of you made it happen.

I want to say a special thank you to the volunteers who gave up their Wednesday evening to be here: Jennifer Carnahan, Anneliese Carnahan, Peter Carnahan, Ethan Thurmer, and Deb Mathias. You kept the night running and kept our kids safe. I could not have done this without you.

Thank you also to the Jackson Lions Club, who donated the pizza and pop. Our middle schoolers had plenty to eat, and we are grateful.

Fifth Quarter works because this congregation shows up for our kids, and Wednesday night was no exception. I am already looking forward to the next one.

Thank you again,

Brynn Jordahl Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries
