Helping Hands for our new Youth Minister
We are thrilled to welcome Brynn Jordahl as our new Director of Youth Ministry! Brynn begins this month, moving to Jackson from the Davenport, Iowa area — and she could use a few helping hands to get settled.
U-Haul Unloading Party
Brynn arrives in town on Saturday, August 29, with her U-Haul scheduled to pull up to her new home at 808 Sherman around noon. The more hands we have, the faster the truck gets emptied and the sooner she feels at home.
When: Saturday, August 29, starting around 12:00 p.m.
Where: 808 Sherman Avenue
Who: Anyone willing to lift a box or two — many hands make light work!
No need to sign up in advance; just show up ready to help. Even an hour makes a difference. Pastor Ted and the Carnahan family will be there too — come join the welcoming crew!
Meet Brynn
Brynn comes to us with a heart for young people and a lot of energy for ministry. She'll be leading our youth programs, including Release Time (beginning Wednesday, September 16) and our Rally Sunday kickoff on September 13. An ice cream social is planned for September 9 at 6:00pm so kids and families can meet her — watch for details.
