Middle School Lock-in on 2/12-13

Students in grades 5-8 are invited to the Middle School Lock-in from Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6pm to Friday, February 13, 2026 at 7am. (There is no school for JCC on Friday.)

The cost is $5, which will cover pizza dinner on Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning. Students should also bring a sleeping bag or blanket and a pillow to sleep if they want to and a snack to share. Click here to register.

We also need male and female adult chaperones to help make sure the kids remain safe throughout the night. The shifts will be: 6pm-11pm, 11pm-3am, and 3am-7am. Please contact Pastor Ted if you are willing to serve a shift. Without enough adult chaperones, this event cannot be held.

Questions

1. Can I bring a movie of my choice to watch?
   No, the movies on offer will be selected by Pastor Ted.

2. Can I bring a game system to play on?
   Yes, but everyone at the event must have equal opportunity to play.

3. Can I bring other games (board games, card games, etc.)?
   Yes, please do!

4. Can I bring a friend/friends?
   Yes. Please have them register online and put your name down as the person who invited them. They must also be grades 5-8.

5. Can I arrive late or go home early?
   Yes, but it’s a lot more fun if you stay the whole night with us.

6. Do I have to sleep? Do I have to stay up all night?
   You are encouraged to bring a sleeping bag or blanket and a pillow. Separate places will be designated for boys and girls to sleep. Most kids choose to sleep at least some during the night, but it won’t be required.
